I’ve made a lot of chocolate chip cookies over the years. I remember being 9 or 10 and feeling so excited the first time I made them all by myself. I quickly discovered that if you know how to bake a good cookie, you will always have friends! These cookies are so delicious. Apple Butter Muffins

I found this Oatmeal Applesauce Muffin recipe online recently and knew I had to try it. Since I was out of applesauce, I used apple butter. I tweaked a few other things and wasn’t sure how it would turn out, but we ended up loving these. I froze some of them and reheated them today and they were still delicious.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Holiday Bark

I found this recipe on Grin & Bake It that looked like a fun twist on my World’s Easiest Christmas Candy recipe. So naturally, I had to give it a try. It was fun to make — and the end result is delicious. It’s sweeter than the other recipe and doesn’t have as much of the sweet and salty flavor thing going that I love in my other recipe, but this recipe is fantastic in its own right.
