Price Book Forms

:: Includes all three printable Price Book forms listed below in a single file.

:: This includes the printable forms from below, but you can enter information into the form on the computer instead of having to hand write it in. The forms can still be printed out as needed.

Household Management Forms

  1. :: This is the Daily Docket I use for myself. It includes portions of my cleaning lists which are unique to my own situation. You can print out
  2. &  :: These Chore Chart Packs include Monday-Friday and 7-day charts in different color schemes. There is space for seven to eight chores to be completed each week. Each chore chart is customizable. You can fill out the information on the computer, then print out the forms for your personal use. You can save your customized charts for later use as well.
  3. :: This is my personal cleaning list, including cleaning tasks to be done daily, weekly, and and semi-annually. It’s quite likely your cleaning goals won’t be exactly the same as my own, so I’ve also included a customizable form (see below) that you can fill out on the computer and print for your personal use.

Weekly Goal Planning Sheet

:: This is the form I use to plan my weekly goals. At the end of each week, I take some time to review the last week’s goal sheet and map out goals in each category for the following week. I then tentatively assign each of these tasks to specific days during the following week. This exercise usually only takes me 15 minutes to do, but it makes a world of difference in my week.
