    I have a bunch of Kelli’s posts pinned – I love that she focuses on healthy meals to freeze and throw in the crock pot because so many that I come across are not healthy by any stretch of the imagination!

      I agree! I don’t want to make meals that require processed foods in the recipes. I mean if I was going to make processed meals.. then I’d actually buy it premade or yakisoba or something. If I’m going to put in the time to creat a healthy home cooked meal.. then I want to be sure of what goes into it. alot of crock pot meals I’ve found have things like “package of velveeta” in the ingredient list… um… no thanks.
