    Thanks so much for sharing!!

  • Mary says:

I find these kind of titles very misleading. Of course you can make the same meal over and over faster. This is really 4 meals. Not 10. It’s just multiplied.

    • Kelly @ New Leaf Wellness says:

I’m sorry you feel that way, Mary. I would never want to mislead anyone in anyway. The way I was thinking about it was that there were 10 meals total. I doubled the recipes in this post to help use up the bulk ingredients from Costco, but still ended up with 10 dinners.

      • Martha Bowles says:

Yup, you said ten meals, it makes ten meals. I use the soups for when a friend is laid up, a new mom or just needs a chin-up-you-don’t -hafta-cook evening…

  • Kim says:

Not to be too nit-picky, but the spinach is not listed on the shopping list. Just FYI.

    • Kelly @ New Leaf Wellness says:

Thank you for pointing that out, Kim. I just added a note on the original post so no one will forget to buy it when they go shopping.

  • Anita says:

Thanks for sharing your recipes and good ideas. With all of us.
