It was only 70% off in Columbus OH today 🙁

However, I used the $1.10/2 Hershey’s candy printable coupons to get bags of Hershey’s miniatures for $.39 per bag.

Just got back from Target today and got 4 bags of Chex Mix Muddy Buddies Peppermint Bark for 0.29 each I had a $1/3 Chex Mix Target coupon to use (expires today), and got 4 tubes of Colgate Winter Wonderland kids toothpaste for 0.29. Both of these weren’t in the Christmas clearance section. I found the toothpaste in a clearance endcap with other random toiletries and the Chex Mix was hidden amongst the regular bags on the shelf. Luckily my tall husband helped me find them on the top shelf!

Sadly, I had read that some people were finding great deals on the coffee, so I scanned it at my Target, STILL FULL price! 🙁

70% off at my Traget still.

  • Kassie says:

My Target empties out at 30% most holiday !! Ugh — people supply and demand. Dn’t buy it and the price will come down. LOL

  • Sarah says:

Our target had nothing. The worst Christmas clearance I’ve ever seen. With the fear of the economy, all the clearance sections have been pillaged.

    • says:

The same here in St. Louis. Nothing much at all on clearance this year and fewer things left. Last year, I could get lotion sets, Starbucks coffee sets, lipstick sets and many other gift items on clearance. They figured it out or something because this year those gift sets were only 15% off on the rack near the Pharmacy and that is where they stayed.

Food items here are 50% off. The rest 90 or 70% off.

Just got back from Target in Miford, CT. All of the Christams stuff was 90% off. It was pretty picked over but with some digging got… 5 rolls of wrapping paper for $0.25 a roll; bags of bows for $0.10; tie on ornament gift tags for $0.10 and rolls of ribbon for $0.20. Christmas Oreos were $0.29 and mint M&Ms were $0.89. I got two big bags of Christmas items for less than $8.00. Didn’t use coupons but feel great that I am set for next Christmas for next to nothing. This was definately a “Put your hands in the air and shout hurray!” shopping trip.

    Target in Pa at 70%..

  • Lauriel says:

Thank you SO much for this tip!! I can absolutely confirm that it worked at a target in Atlanta. The gingerbread coffee was in the normal coffee aisle without any clearance stickers, signs, etc. They DID in fact ring up $0.74, though! Such a deal. Love it!

  • Lynda says:

Don’t NEED anything now and can’t afford to buy what I do not need. However, in the past, when Target had 90% off I have bought things in the Christmas section that were not overtly Christmas. Like Green indoor and outdoor extension cords and green power strips and green yard spotlights. Also red or green napkins, etc (use for Valentines, 4th of July, St Pat’s) and red or green candles. Of course, any of the food and beverage stuff is good anytime.

    • Kelly says:

I’m with you! BUT, I did go for the $.30 plastic candy canes filled with pink & red Starburst jelly beans. They’re going to be put away and re-packaged for Valentine’s Day!

  • Beth says:

I found little boy’s newsie hats for $.70, as well as clip on ties and bowties for $.40!! They also had nail polish for $.19, little girls snow hats for $1.20, and cute onesies with skirts for $1.20. All were not Christmas-y, so they will make great gifts year round!!

  • Meeka says:

This must be a regional coupon because I couldn’t find it in Kansas City Star.

  • Ramana says:

They have the c9 shoes by Champion on sale for 23.99.Actual price 29.99
