  I’ve tried to find the form to submit for the free sample of Tom’s Childrens Toothpaste and the only thing I can find is how to purchase it online. Did the promotion end? If I am missing something, please reply. Thank you!

  If you had a sample before you will not be able to get it this time . It gave me our records show that you have already ordered this..although it was long time ago …. strange!!!!
