31 Days to Clean ebook: Only $2.50 for the next 24 hours!

While I was in the midst of writing my manuscript, Sarah Mae released her fabulous ebook, . I love Sarah Mae to pieces and knew her ebook would be fantastic so I went and bought my own copy right away.

I didn’t get a chance to read it until last week. And once I started it, I didn’t stop until I’d read the entire thing!

Just as I expected, it was inspiring, motivational and grace-filled — just like Sarah Mae. Whether you feel like you feel like your house is in pretty good shape and you just need a little extra encouragement to keep it clean or whether you are buried under mountains of clutter and dirty laundry and feel helplessly overwhelmed, this ebook will bless and challenge you.

Unlike some home management books, you won’t read it and feel discouraged. Sarah Mae makes it easy, doable, fun and simple to get your house and life in order.

Each day has a short movational chapter followed by two challenges: one that deals more with your heart and one that will help you get your house whipped into shape. I’ve already implemented some of the things I gleaned from the book and have seen some major improvement.

I loved this ebook so much and wanted to encourage you all to purchase it for yourself, so I wrote Sarah Mae the next day and asked her if there was any way I could twist her arm to offer a 50% off one-day-only code for my readers. She generously obliged.

For the next 24 hours, you can when you use coupon code MSM50 at checkout. This coupon code is only good through tomorrow (May 10, 2011) at 1 p.m. EST.

Does the discount apply to the kindle version? Don’t see a way to apply the code on the amazon website.

    • Crystal says:

Unfortunately, it’s only available through her site as she’s not sure how to offer a coupon on Amazon.

    • Christy says:

I was wondering the same thing, but I looked on Amazon’s website and you can put PDF files on your Kindle. Not quite the same thing as the Kindle version, but good enough for me 😀
      Here’s the page:

  • Katie says:

I posted about it when she had it offered for free if you led people to her site, sent her the email with all of the requirements and she never sent me the free copy.

  • Jamie says:

As luck would have it, I just bought it on amazon for my iPad this morning for 4.99 ….but, from what I’ve heard on the radio and your website about it, it is worth it. I’d recommend people snagging this asap!

  • says:

Okay, Crystal, I trust you, so I’m getting it! 🙂 (Plus, I still have tons to learn about managing my home!)

  • Mary-Kate says:

Is this book compatible with the Nook?

    • says:

      It will be this week!

Also, you can add PDF files to it. Download it then plug in your Nook to laptop & transfer file. 🙂

I bought it an hour or so ago, glanced through it and printed it out! I cannot wait to get into it!

I bought it last week after my local Christian station DJ mentioned it.
I paid $4.99 but not going to complain. I have yet to start reading it, but very excited!

    (PS-for my Kindle!

Just thought I’d let ya’ll know. I purchased this e-book and started the download more than 30 minutes ago, it is still at 0% complete — perhaps the site is just overwhelmed.

I can’t get the Add to Cart button to work that’s on your web page. I don’t have a Kindle so I need to do it this way and print it out.

  • Stephanie says:

I have been anxiously awaiting a great sale on this ebook to get my own copy! Can’t wait to read it, thank you ladies!!

  • Mary says:

Can I download this from my PC to my Kindle, I’m getting one soon.

  • Susan says:

Thanks for this. I saw this last week but did not get around to buying it yet. I guess procrastinating sometimes works in your favor.

  • Judy says:

Thanks for this, Crystal. I just purchased it, and after reading through it, I have to admit I am glad I only paid half price… I personally found it not very helpful for me. I am a reader of yours that is perhaps in an atypical living arrangement – I live with my boyfriend, who receives disability benefits and cannot work, while I am the one with the 9-5 day job. We do not have children (yet! 🙂 ) It seems much of the book was written with the assumption that only married, SAHMs would be reading it – not single moms, working moms, moms without children, single women, or families with SAHDs, etc. I will try to take the tips I can and leave the rest, as one typically has to do with any reading material. I found that continually reading things about how it’s so important to be a soft place to land after your husband comes home from a long day on the job, etc etc to be of little value to me, and would have liked more tips/ideas/advice that were applicable to EVERYONE.

    • Crystal says:

Thanks for your honest review. I realized, after reading what you wrote, that I probably should have put that caveat in the review that it was geared more for Christian SAHM’s. I thought this was fairly apparent from the salespage, so I didn’t mention it, but I should have. I would be more than happy to personally refund your money since you bought it on my recommendation and didn’t find it helpful. Please email me about that.

      • Judy says:

Oh, that’s sweet of you Crystal, but that’s not necessary. Thank you though. I certainly don’t mind the Christian aspect of it – I am a Christian myself, and that was quite apparent by the whole “Mary/Martha” theme, and while of course I knew that most of her readers (just like yours!) are SAHMs, I just didn’t realize that it would be so specifically focused on that particular lifestyle, IMO. But it’s all good. 🙂

    • Emily says:

I’m glad to read your thoughts about the ebook. I hadn’t yet gotten my free copy from emailing her about it last week, and now that I realize it’s geared more toward SAHMs, I’m not too worried about it. I work fulltime, so maybe it’s not really geared toward me.

      • says:

Hi Judy and Emily – we have a section in the 31 forum for working moms who are going through it:

Also, I’m taking your thoughts and making notes for when I update the book. 🙂

        • B says:

Perhaps a book geared more for those of us who aren’t priveledged to be a stay at home mom book would be great.

  • Kristin says:

It may not be very frugal of me but I bought it at full price for my Kindle–Im really excited to start reading it, thanks for letting us know about it!

  • Kim S. says:

I’m wondering if the book is available in PDF form to print from my computer? I do not have any electronic readers so too many times I’m left out on these offers. However, I did download in PDF, Sarah Mae’s e-book Core Lies. I have not finished it yet, but it has been a blessing.

  • Amanda says:

As an agnostic person I wish I had know before hand that this was a Christian book. I am not impressed with it,I thought it would be actually about homemaking and not how I should delight in the lord etc. Sorry it’s definitely a miss for me. Glad it was half priced.

  • Sherri says:

Reading the reviews and hearing that this is written from a Christian perspective is the reason I decided to purchase. 🙂 I have read book after book on organizing and cleaning and keeping a home and nothing has struck a chord with me. I am hoping this will as I want to bless my family by providing them a clean and comfortable home.

  • says:

    YAY!!!!! Thank you!!

  • Lee says:

Noticed about the free opportunity after I bought it. This kind of thing is worth paying for. Sarah should benefit when she blesses others like this. I’m excited to see what it says – will start it when Ian goes down for a nap. Really need to keep the house clean and still take care of my spiritual and physical health and … Thank so much!

How long does it take to get the link? I purchased it last night and haven’t received anything yet. Thanks!
